Mehyar.us is a posting tool operated by Mehyar Soft LLC ("we", "us"). By connecting your TikTok account or submitting a video through Mehyar.us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service is

Mehyar.us lets a TikTok account owner post their own videos to their own TikTok account through TikTok's official Content Posting API. You sign in with TikTok, submit a video URL, a title, and a privacy choice, and the service sends that post to TikTok on your behalf and reports the status TikTok returns.

Your account and your content

• You may only connect a TikTok account that is yours, or that you are authorized to manage.
• You may only submit videos and titles that you own or have the right to post. You are responsible for everything you post through the service, the same as if you had posted it in the TikTok app yourself.
• Everything you post must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. TikTok may reject, restrict, or remove posts, and may limit posting features — including visibility limits that apply to apps TikTok has not yet approved. Those decisions are TikTok's, not ours.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Mehyar.us to post spam, misleading content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
• Do not use the service on accounts you do not own or control, and do not attempt to access another user's connection, tokens, or submissions.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service's posting endpoints beyond your own authorized use.

Authorization and revocation

When you connect, you authorize Mehyar.us to post the videos you submit to your TikTok account until you revoke that authorization. You can revoke at any time from TikTok's settings (Apps and permissions) or by emailing us at info@mehyar.us to have your stored tokens deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also stop providing the service, or disconnect an account used in violation of these terms, at any time.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that a post will be accepted by TikTok, published at a particular time, shown to any particular audience, or kept up by TikTok. Publish status shown in the tool is the status TikTok reports to us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mehyar Soft LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including TikTok's decisions about your posts or account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page with its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
