Privacy Policy — Mehyar.us

Mehyar.us is a posting tool operated by Mehyar Soft LLC ("we", "us"). It lets a TikTok account owner post their own videos to their own TikTok account through TikTok's official API. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the service stores, what it never does, and how to get your data deleted.

What Mehyar.us does

You connect your TikTok account using TikTok's own sign-in and permission screen (OAuth). After that, you can submit a video (a video file URL, a title, and a privacy choice) and Mehyar.us posts it to your account and shows you the publish status returned by TikTok. Nothing is posted unless you submit it.

Data we store

• TikTok authorization tokens. When you connect, TikTok gives us an access token, a refresh token, your TikTok open ID, and the permissions (scopes) you granted. We store these so the tool can post on your behalf without asking you to sign in every time. They are kept in our cloud provider's encrypted-at-rest storage (Cloudflare) and are never shown to you or anyone else in readable form, and never appear in our web pages.
• What you submit to post. The video URL, the title/caption, and the privacy choice for each post you submit, plus the publish ID and status TikTok returns for it, so we can show you whether your post went through.
• A browser session cookie. After you connect, we set one strictly-necessary, HttpOnly cookie so the posting form knows this browser is the one that connected. It contains only a random session ID and expires after 24 hours. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Data we do not collect

• We never see or store your TikTok password — sign-in happens on TikTok's own screen.
• We do not scrape TikTok, and we do not read your videos, messages, followers, or profile beyond what posting your submitted video requires.
• We do not collect payment information, contacts, or location data.

What we never do with your data

• We never post anything without your explicit action in the tool.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your data or your tokens, to anyone, ever.
• We never use your data for advertising, and we do not build profiles.

Who else is involved

Posting runs through TikTok's official Content Posting API, so TikTok receives the video and title you submit; TikTok's own privacy policy governs what TikTok does with it. The service is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not share your stored tokens or submission data with any other third party.

How long we keep data

Tokens are kept while your account stays connected, so the tool keeps working for you. Submission records (video URL, title, publish status) are kept so you can see your posting history in the tool. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete the tokens and submission records associated with your account.

How to revoke access and delete your data

You can cut off Mehyar.us at any time, in either of these ways:

1. On TikTok: open TikTok Settings → Manage account → Apps and permissions (or the equivalent in your TikTok app) and remove Mehyar.us. That immediately stops us from being able to post.
2. By email: write to info@mehyar.us from the email associated with your request and say you want your Mehyar.us data deleted. We will delete your stored tokens and submission records and confirm by reply.

Security

Tokens travel only over HTTPS and are stored in encrypted-at-rest cloud storage. Access to the posting functions is restricted: the web form requires the session created when you connected, and our internal posting endpoint requires a separate secret key that is never exposed in the browser.

Children

Mehyar.us is for TikTok account holders posting their own content. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly store data about them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how tokens or submission data are handled will not apply retroactively to data collected earlier without notice on this page.
